Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that after conducting investigation in Crime No.324 of 2017 for the offence u/s.147, 148, 294(b), 323, 506(2) of I.P.C and Section 3(1) of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, the same has been closed as mistake of fact.
