ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.
2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue A.Pugalarasi, daughter of the petitioner, directing the first respondent to cause production of his daughter/the detenue before this Court and to set her at liberty.
3.The detenue Pugalarasi is secured and produced before this Court by the first respondent police.
4.On enquiry, the detenue stated that she is aged about 19 years and the second respondent-Ramkumar is her husband. According to her, there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she expressed her willingness to go along with her husband/the second respondent herein, who is also present before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.The petitioner/father of the detenue is also present before this Court and he has no objection for sending the detenue along with her husband/the second respondent herein.
6.Recording the statement made by the detenue to the effect that there is no illegal detention and that she is willing to go along with her husband, we are of the view that this petition could be closed as nothing further remains to be considered.
