(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The petitioners pray for issuance of community certificate on the basis of their mothers' origin.

2. Mrs.V.Usha, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) would submit that upon enquiry it is found that the petitioners' mother actually belongs to Puducherry and she also states that a community certificate will be issued based on the origin of the mother in the very near future.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to issue certificate within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
