C.M.P.Nos.1611 & 1612 of 2024 in S.A.No.1031 of 2012 and C.M.P.No.12722 of 2018 G.ARUL MURUGAN, J.

C.M.P.Nos.1611 & 1612 of 2024 are filed to amend the names of the petitioners 2 to 4 and to declare the petitioners 2 to 4 /appellants 2 to 4 as majors by discharging the guardianship of their mother/first petitioner. 2.It is seen from the affidavit of the second petitioner that the second petitioner was born on 18.05.1995 and has become major as early as on 18.05.2013, the third petitioner was born on 04.04.1994 and has become major as early as on 04.04.2012 and the fourth petitioner was born on 23.06.1999 and has become major as early as on 23.06.2017.

3.Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

4.Learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection in ordering the petitions.

pam 5.The second petitioner has filed an affidavit in which the mother of the petitioners 2 to 4 is the first petitioner. Since the petitioners 2 to 4 have become major long back and the mother is also a party in this appeal, the petitions are ordered and the guardianship of the first petitioner is discharged. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.

6.Post the matter on 21.02.2024.
