The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in C.C.No.282 of 2012, pending on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that the petitioner died and hence the petition is abated. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
