PETITION under Section 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus to produce the body and person of the petitioner's son Syed Ariff aged about 20 years, before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty. For Petitioner :

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the father of the detenu for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. It is seen that the petitioner's son Syed Ariff has gone missing, in connection with which a case in Crime No.516 of 2015 has been registered on 07.07.2015 and the investigation is in progress. In such circumstances, the respondents are directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to pursue the investigation and take steps to secure the detenu expeditiously and inform the same to the petitioner herein.

3. With the above observation, this Petition stands disposed of.
