O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to appear for the 3rd year MBBS examination and to publish the results thereafter, pursuant to the direction of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.24995 of 2016 dated 20.07.2016 and to continue the course.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the State Level Caste Scrutiny Committee has confirmed the community of the petitioner as Scheduled Tribe and the petitioner was also permitted to write the examination. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous. He has also circulated a letter dated 09.03.2021, to that effect.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the letter dated 09.03.2021 circulated by him, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
