ORDER
The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the husband seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.194 of 2020 pending on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpet to the file of the VII Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.3062 of 2020.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent wife has no objection to the transfer being ordered, accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
H.M.O.P.No.194 of 2020 pending on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpet is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the VII Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.3062 of 2020. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
