Aggrieved by the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P. Nos. 3211 of 2006 & 10711 of 2008 dated 30.09.2010, the present writ appeals have been preferred by Erode District Co-operative Milk Producers' Union Limited, Erode.

When the matters are taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that a batch of writ appeals in W.A. Nos. 1001 to 1006 of 2013 filed by the Management challenging the very same order have been dismissed vide order dated 20.12.2013 by the First Bench of this Court. It is submitted that the issue involved in the present writ appeals is also covered by the said judgment.
