Prayer in : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records culminating in the circular of the first respondent dated 06.08.2012 made in No. DGET-19(22)2012-CD and 02.12.2014 made in No.DGET07.14.2013-CD and quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to continue the permanent affiliation already granted to the petitioner and allow the petitioner institute to admit students to next session 2015-2016 onwards on the basis of the permanent affiliation already granted by the third respondent to the approved trades of the petitioner institute without applying for re-affiliation.
