This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Second Respondent to take action against the unauthorized center run by the Fourth Respondent by shutting down and sealing the same based on the representation dated 31.12.2018 made by the Petitioner.

In furtherance to the order dated 04.07.2019 passed by this Court, the Third Respondent has filed status report dated 25.07.2019 stating that on inspection of the premises, it had been found closed. A copy of the said report has been received by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, who has made an endorsement to that effect.

The Writ Petition stands disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent developments. No costs.
