Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in G.O.(Ms) No.34 dated 09.03.2011 of the Secretary to Government, Co-op Food and Consumer Production Department, Fort St. George, Chennai - 9, the third respondent, quash the findings holding that charge 3 is held proved and also quash the punishment imposed against the petitioner and directing the 3rd respondent to stoppage of increment for three years with cumulative effect and that the period of absence from the date of dismissal to the date of rejoining duty to be treated as leave on loss of pay.
