3. A.No.1237 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased R1/D1 in C.S.(Comm Div) No.928 of 2017.

4. Though this Court ordered fresh notice to the proposed respondents in A.Nos.1235 to 1237 of 2024 vide order of this Court dated 18.03.2024, batta has not been filed so far.
