ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31585 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024 that the petitioner should sign before the respondent police, daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30812 of 2024, dated 11.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days at 10:30 a.m.
