ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the church, which has been constructed opposite the temple has created unrest within two religious factions as the same is without approval and they are offering prayers using speakers, thus disturbing and causing nuisance to the people in the locality and the complaint given against the same resulted in the conduct of a peace committee meeting in which certain https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that, since the Village President has made a complaint regarding the unauthorized prayers and meetings being conducted by the 4th respondent for which the 2nd respondent conducted peace committee meeting, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to participate in the Peace committee meeting. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
