Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the entire amount due has been received from the Petitioner and he has produced a copy of the Letter No. TN/RO-CBE/Legal Cell/WP 12321 of 2011/2020-21 dated 24.09.2020 to that effect, which is placed on record. In view of the aforesaid subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. 3.
