(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.,) When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.V.Elangovan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made the following endorsement in the bundle: " The petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this W.P since already order was passed by the respondent rejecting the claim of the petitioner with a liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law".

In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the order rejecting the claim of the petitioner in the manner known to law before the appropriate forum. No costs.
