NAKKIRAN , J, These applications have been filed to issue subpoena to summon Dr.B.S.Ayyappan, son of late B.S.Somasundaram, No.45, Biships Garden, Chenani - 600 028, attesting witnesses to the Will dated 08.02.1996 was registered as Doc.No.22 of 1996, Book III in the office of the Sub Registrar, Mylapore in the above Original Petition on a date to be fixed by this Court and to issue subpoena to summon A.Charapany, son of P.S.Aravamudan, No.165, R.K.Mutt Road, Chennai - 600 028, attesting witnesses to the Will dated 08.02.1996 was registered as Doc.No.22 of 1996, Book III in the office of the Sub Registrar, Mylapore in the above Original Petition on a date to be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the materials available on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications and in the interest of justice, these applications are allowed.
