W.M.P.No.2449 of 2025 in W.P.No.2085 of 2025 W.M.P.No.2449 of 2025 in W.P.No.2085 of 2025 M.SUNDAR.J., and K.RAJASEKAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original notice issued by the second respondent dated 04.01.2025' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to support affidavit submitted that the original impugned notice was not served on the writ petitioner, however, a copy of the same has been sent to writ petitioner's whatsapp number on 07.01.2025. Therefore, photo copy of the impugned notice is filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP.
