This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to permit her to file additional documents as described in the Judge's Summons.

2. No counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents/defendants.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to permit the applicant/plaintiff to mark the additional documents as listed in the Judge's Summons, however, subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to post the suit before the Additional Master-III, for recording evidence on 12.03.2024.
