Mr.Rajendra Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant has filed a memo today. The contesting respondents are respondent Nos.7 and 8. The Respondents Nos.2 to 6 have remained ex-parte before the Trial Court as well as the Lower Appellate Court, therefore, they would seek the notice to be dispensed with.

2. The factual narration is not disputed by Mr.Murugan, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking note of the circumstances and the fact that notice had already been dispensed with on the respondent Nos.2 to 6 by the Lower Appellate Court, the memo dated 26.04.2023 is ordered, the notice on respondents Nos.2 to 6 is dispensed with.
