JUDGMENT

(Delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that on account of the subsequent intervening events, the appeal may not require any further adjudication and therefore, may be permitted to be withdrawn.

2.There is no objection to the same by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3. The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
