PRAYER in WP No. 956 of 2024: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to treat two-year compulsory bond period as completed, and to consequently relieve the petitioner from bonded service in Kallur Upgraded PHC, Tirunelveli HUD and to direct the 5th respondent to return all original certificates and documents collected by the 5th respondent while admitting the petitioner to the post graduate degree course along with the post graduate degree certificate.

PRAYER in WP No. 959 of 2024: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to treat two-year compulsory bond period as completed, and to consequently relieve the petitioner from bonded service in Parandhur Primary Health Centre.

For Petitioner : Mr.V.Kadhirvelu and Ms.K.Subharitha (in both writ petitions) COMMON ORDER Ms.K.Subharitha and Mr.V.K.Kadhirvelu, learned counsel on record for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners do not wish to pursue these Writ Petitions. Mr.Kadhirvelu has also made an endorsement to that effect.
