This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 21.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.8370 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25174 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
