Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the order in File No.4/10, CWC, dated 10.05.2011 passed by the respondents 1 & 2 herein and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 4 to 6 herein to transfer the conduct of enquiry to an independent enquiry officer excluding the second respondent herein after the disposal of the

representation of the petitioner dated 20.04.2011 by the fifth respondent herein as per this Hon'ble Court's order dated 29.04.2011.
