These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.Nos.4762 and 4796 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.Nos.459 and 463 of 2024 vide orders dated 08.04.2022 and 18.04.2022, directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every Every Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the revision petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in six months. This petition is ordered.
