ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to grant the petitioner with the solvency certificate, based on the representation dated 11.11.2023 for an amount of Rs.1,71,00,000/- (One crore seventy one lakhs rupees only).

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he applied for issuance of solvency certificate and paid an amount of Rs.68,500/- through E-challan No.20230202024896. Though the application of the petitioner was made on 06.02.2023, the third respondent has not issued solvency certificate to the petitioner. Therefore, he submitted a representation dated 11.11.2024 before the third respondent and the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has come before this court.

3. Mr.V.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and final orders will be passed on its own merits, within a time stipulated by this court.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, this court is inclined to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.11.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
