This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify one of the conditions imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, 1/5

Cuddalore District in CMP.No.95 of 2023 dated 05.01.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted Anticipatory bail by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore District in CMP.No.95 of 2023 dated 05.01.2023. He further submitted that the learned trial Judge, while granting anticipatory bail, directed the petitioner to report and sign before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He also stated that the petitioner is genuinely complying with the said condition and thereby, seeks to modify the same.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

4. Considering the above said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. Accordingly, the present Criminal Original Petition is ordered as prayed for.
