The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner contended that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous since the suit in OS.No.2043 of 2005 on the file of the XIII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai has already been dismissed. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
