CHANDRASEKHARAN, J., The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli, in his request letter, has stated that since PW1, in his examination, has named 17 accused in addition to the 6 accused named in the charge sheet, the prosecution has filed a petition under Section 319 CrPC to add the aforesaid 17 persons as accused and the said Section 319 CrPC petition is pending. Therefore, the learned trial Judge sought for extension of four months of time to complete the trial.

2. Taking note of the request of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli, time is extended by four months from today (02.01.2023).

3. The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli, is directed to complete the trial within the time and report the same to the Registry.
