This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every english calender month at 10.30 a.m.

Until the disposal of the revision petition in Crl.MP.No.4371 and 4373 of 2022 in Crl.RC.No.425/2022 dated 05.04.2022.

3. Considering the submissions, this petition is ordered and the conditions imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
