The sole appellant has died. This case was taken up for hearing on 24.10.2019 and was adjourned by two weeks at request of the learned counsel for the appellant to bring on record the legal representatives of the sole appellant. Thereafter, this case was also listed today for hearing. 2.Even today, the learned counsel for the appellant has not taken any steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the sole appellant. Therefore, I do not wish to keep this appeal pending without legal representives of the sole appellant being impleaded.

3.Accordingly, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed while giving liberty to the learned counsel for the appellant to file appropriate application to set aside this order as and when he able to get address of the legal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
