Mr.D.Ravichander, Special Government Pleader Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of sub division of patta in favour of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's application dated 09.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner seeks for sub division of patta in favour of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner submitted an application on 09.12.2025 with the respondent for the same. Since the said application has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's application dated 09.12.2025 seeking for issuance of sub division of patta in favour of the petitioner, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners and any other third party whom the respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the

petitioner's application dated 09.12.2025 seeking for issuance of sub division of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners and any other third party whom the respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
