This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, vide order of this Court dated 07.04.2022 made in Crl.MP.Nos.4659 & 4661 of 2022 in Crl.RC.No.452 of 2022, directing him to appear before the Trial Court on the 1st working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the above revision.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had surrendered before the trial court, made deposit and had executed sureties and he has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 07.04.2022 alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions remain unaltered. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
