O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for direction to respondents police to provide police protection to the petitioner to take his vehicle, which is in the custody of NAFA Blue Metal Company.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the case was investigated and was closed as "further action dropped" and a closure report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II Krishnakiri on 31.03.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is given liberty to workout his remedy, in accordance with law in order to take back the custody of the vehicle.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
