ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 25.01.2016 made by the petitioner for permitting him to work as Panchayat Secretary.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of his representation dated 25.01.2016, the respondent has not disposed of the same yet.

3. Mr.P. Chinnadurai, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondent, submitted that the respondent may be directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation based on the report.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 25.01.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, taking into consideration the report, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
