This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.28515 of 2024 by an order dated 14.11.2024 passed by this Court.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.
