Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.(2D) No.91, Home (Police 2) Department, dated 26.03.2014, placing the petitioner under suspension and the consequential order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.(2D) No.92, Home (Police 2) Department, dated 28.03.2014, not permitting the petitioner to retire from service on attaining the age of superannuation on the afternoon of 31.03.2014 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to retire from service w.e.f. 31.03.2014 AN with all retirement benefits.
