ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioners whereby the petitioners are seeking for uploading the online patta with respect to the subject property for which already the Town Survey Land Register (TSLR) stands in the name of the petitioners.

2.Heard Ms.K.Kaviya, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr.P.Sathish, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The petitioners are claiming title over the subject property through a sale deed 05.07.1990. Subsequent to the sale, the name of the petitioners has also been entered in the TSLR. the property tax is also paid in the name of the petitioners. The petitioners wanted the patta to be uploaded online and 2/4

representations were given in this regard. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the grievance expressed by the petitioners, there shall be a direction to the petitioners to submit a fresh online application to the 3rd respondent. On receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent shall taking into consideration the sale deed executed in favour of the petitioners and the entry that has already been made in the TSLR, take steps for necessary online patta to be uploaded in the name of the petitioners within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of the online application from the petitioners. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
