Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment caused by the 5th respondent in Door No.19, NSK Road, Kalaivanar Nagar, Padi, Chennai-50 in accordance with law as sought vide representation dated 10.2.2014 by the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing learned counsel for parties, the grievance of the petitioner is that the exercise to be undertaken by the revenue authorities as per direction passed in W.P.No.20013 of 2011 vide order dated 2.8.2012 has not been complied with, that petitioner being a third party.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that an inspection of the site will be carried out and on any encroachment being detected, action in accordance with law will be taken.

3. In view of the aforesaid, let inspection be carried out within one month of the receipt of the order and on encroachment being found, action in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned, be taken within a period of three months thereafter.
