O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed for the alleged noncompliance of the order dated 20.01.2011 made in C.R.P.(PD) No.4664 of 2010.

2. Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court on 02.09.2015, the respondent and the minor child, namely, Krithika Sai are present before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that it is very difficult for the respondent to produce the child on the first working day of every month as ordered by this Court on 20.01.2011 and hence, sought to modify the said order to the effect that the petitioner can visit the child on the 2nd Saturday of every month between 2.30 and 5.00 p.m at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Children's Centre at Family Court, Chennai. The respondent, who is present before the Court has undertaken to produce the child

as stated above and also filed an affidavit to that effect. The said affidavit filed by the respondent is taken on record.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection for the above said modification.

5. In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed with the following observations:- i) The respondent shall produce the child Kirthika Sai on the 2nd Saturday of every month between 2.30 and 5.00 p.m. at Children's Centre at Family Court, Chennai.

ii) If the second Saturday falls on a holiday for the Children's Centre at Family Court, Chennai, then the respondent shall produce the child on the next Saturday between 2.30 and 5.00 p.m.
