O R D E R

Mr.B.Anandan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. Since this writ petition is being disposed of, without affecting the interest of the respondents 5 & 6, notice to the those respondents is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks for mandamus directing the third respondent to dispose of his representation dated 03.03.2017 and decide the same on merits.

3. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that in the subject matter Patta, the names of the respondents 5 and 6 are erroneously included whereas the petitioner is the absolute owner of the property. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the third respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the third respondent to dispose of the representation dated 03.03.2017, after hearing the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 & 6 and other interested persons, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the third respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
