The petitioner submitted a representation to the District Collector, Villupuram on 10.07.2013 requesting to allot 3 cents of land in S.No.134/4. Since the representation was not considered by the first respondent, the petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition.
2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2013 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
