ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to give patta in the name of the petitioner, to the property situated in S.F.No.83/6A, S.F.No.83/6B and S.F.No.83/6C in Devichettikuppam Village, Anaikattu Taluk, Vellore District, by considering the petitioner's representations dated 13.08.2021 and 22.09.2023.

2. The respondents have filed counter stating that they have already passed final order on 19.02.2024, rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submitted that after giving notice and conducting enquiry, the 2nd respondent passed the final order in Na.Ka.B1/677/24 dated 19.02.2024, rejecting the claim of the petitioner with an observation to approach the concerned Civil Court for appropriate remedy. 2/4

4. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to serve a copy of the said order dated 19.02.2024, to the petitioner if, already not served. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, she can work out her remedy in the manner known to law.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
