ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31750 of 2024 by an order dated 19.12.2024 passed by this Court that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, J2-Adyar Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 17 days and investigation is pending in this matter.
3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31750 of 2024 on 19.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 21-01-2025 Lpp To
