Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the Respondents.

2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to issue fresh Patta Pass Book to the Petitioner. The learned Government Advocate for the Respondents submits that the representation of the Petitioner will be considered and disposed of within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the Respondents, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
