These applications have been filed by the Official Liquidator to transfer the suit in C.S.No.603 of 1998 to this Court and to stay all further proceedings in C.S.No.603 of 1998 and for a direction to utilize the funds of the company in liquidation towards the cost of these applications.

2. Since the suit in C.S.No.603 of 1998 has already been transferred to this Court nothing survives in these applications.

3. Accordingly, the Company Application No.1695 of 2010 is dismissed as infructuous.

4. In view of the fact that the Company Application No.1695 of 2010 is dismissed as infructuous, the Company Application No.1694 of 2010 is closed.

5. The official Liquidator shall utilize the funds of the company in liquidation towards the cost of these applications.

6. Post suit in C.S.No.603 of 1998 on 26.07.2019 for filing report by the Official Liquidator.
