This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report daily before the respondent the Inspector of Police, SIPCOT Police Station, Krishnagiri District, at 6.30 p.m. until further order in Crl.O.P.No.30714 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
