This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29840 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station daily at 10;30 a.m until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
