O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the revision petition is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the O.P.No.133 of 2017, within the time frame.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the counter has been filed on 23.01.2018 and the trial has also commenced.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Poonamallee, Chennai to dispose of the O.P.No.133 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
